SMS Program Terms — Order Alerts
What this program is
When you place an order with Brooklyn Slice (at the table by QR code, online for pickup or delivery, or at our kiosk) and provide your mobile number with the "Text me order alerts" box checked, we send you transactional text messages about that order from our number +1 (908) 674-9246.
Messages you may receive
- 📥 Order confirmation — we got your order and its number
- 🍳 Status updates — your order is being prepared / ready for pickup
- 💳 Payment link — if you choose to pay by phone
- 🚗 Delivery tracking — a link to follow your courier
- 🎉 Loyalty rewards — when an order earns you a reward
Message frequency varies with your order — typically 1–4 messages per order. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Cost
Brooklyn Slice does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, per your phone plan.
How to opt out
- Uncheck "Text me order alerts" at checkout before placing an order, or
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

Privacy
Your phone number is used only to send the order messages described above and to identify your loyalty account. We do not sell your number or share it with third parties for their marketing. Our SMS delivery provider processes messages solely on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
